About This Farm
3’s A Treat is a faith-rooted platform centered on food, science, and intentional growth, created to help people understand what they eat, how the body works, and why stewardship matters. We explore nutrition, gut and brain health, genetics, and nutrigenomics through everyday food experiences, while honoring sustainable living, farming, and the role of farmers and local food systems. Through culinary arts, food photography, and hands-on learning, we highlight food as nourishment, information, and design. Inspired by 1 Corinthians 3:6, we believe growth is a process — seeds must be planted with purpose, watered with care, and trusted to grow in their season.
